TEACHING Experience
I've been teaching seventh class English for xix years. Prior to 7th class, I taught nine-12 special teaching. I've worked as a curriculum ambassador in my school and outside of my district, training iii-12 teachers how to shift their curriculum to the Mutual Core standards.
MY Pedagogy STYLE
The virtually important thing to me is my relationships with my students. Without a bail and mutual respect, cipher else is possible. The all-time office of my job is definitely the moment I implement my lessons and see my students LEARNING and GROWING. I believe in standards based learning and grading, data driven instruction, and adopting a growth mindset. I believe that students are always capable of more than than we could e'er dream when we requite them a chance and involve them in the learning process.
